At Crossfit Mentality we strive to push our members, athletes and community to set goals and accomplish what they never thought possible. We are in the business of building relationships and changing lives. Our goal is to promote health and fitness, prevent injury, and perfect movement patterns. The focus is not only on physical fitness, but learning to strengthen the mind body and soul.
CrossFit Mentality’s program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect program for any committed individual, regardless of age or experience. Workload and intensity are scaled, but the program itself is never changed. Something that separates Crossfit Mentality from other gyms in the area is our facility. Mentality has the largest CrossFit facility in the Mentor area at 6,300 square feet. It is also home to 4 time Reebok Crossfit Games athlete Scott Panchik. Scott has made 4 appearances at the Crossfit Games and has never placed outside of the top 6 in the world. He is one of the head coaches leading your daily instruction along with his father Dave Panchik and brothers Saxon and Spencer Panchik. Dave is a successful coach with unmatched experience. His training philosophy and time as an athlete and coach have helped Scott grow into the man and competitor he is today. Saxon and Spencer have been competing in Crossfit since they were 11 years old. They are also Scott’s training partners and competitive athletes in the sport. Our coaches are very passionate and will do whatever it takes to help you succeed! We have a strong community at CrossFit Mentality, members and coaches work together everyday to reach their goals and build habits for lifelong fitness.

If you are new to CrossFit you will complete 5 ONRAMP classes. These classes will teach you technique and the fundamental movements of our program. We will also show you the different modifications for each and every CrossFit movement. Join a community of members who come through the door everyday with the intentions of becoming the best they can possibly be. We all have different goals but we are all working together to reach them.
