Dave was the first member of the Panchik family to start CrossFit training. Not only did he introduce Scott to CrossFit, he retired from teaching and moved from Pittsburgh to Ohio to fulfill the family’s dream of opening a CrossFit Affiliate. Dave is the master of scaling movements and can adapt any workout for any athlete. He loves all aspects of CrossFit and is a big part of why our community is as strong physically as it is spiritually. Dave takes great pride in our space and when the gym is covered in chalk and sweat on Monday he will have it spotless by Tuesday.
Spencer has always been an athlete. He grew up playing soccer and basketball until he and his twin brother Saxon experienced a life changing event that brought them to sport of CrossFit. Since 2009 the boys have been training and growing as competitors in the sport. Spencer loves anything heavy and jumps on any opportunity to pick up a barbell. His favorite CrossFit Benchmark workout is DT and his favorite movement are hang cleans. When it comes to coaching Spencer is very attentive to details he will work with every member until their movements are flawless.
Saxon like Spencer, began his CrossFit journey the summer of 2009 at the age of 11. Since then he has grown immensely as a coach and competitor. Saxon is an incredibly well rounded athlete, his technique and knowledge of Crossfit stems far beyond his age of 19. He is an explosive athlete with some serious stamina. This especially, transfers over into his olympic lifts, and power movements such as box jumps, which probably comes from his background in basketball.
