If you are interested in taking your training to the next level, Scott’s competition programming is for you. Available from anywhere in the world using the Wodify app get personal coaching from 7 time games competitor Scott Panchik.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Workouts will be posted for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The entire week of workouts will be released at midnight on Sundays. This will correspond with the timezone you live in.  Thursdays and Sundays will be active rest days. This will allow you to plan your day accordingly and change your rest days if needed.

The fee for the Program is $50.00 per month. You will be given access to the entire month’s workouts, regardless of the day of the month you begin the program. The fee will be charged to your credit card on the day you registered for the program. If you decide that you do not want to continue with the program, please alert us prior to the first of the month so your card will not be charged next month’s fee.

    You will receive exclusive daily competitive WODs including strengths, skills and endurance provided through WODIFY. When you sign up, you gain access to CrossFit Mentality WODIFY system.

  • GENDER AND SCALING OPTIONS
    Need to scale an exercise? All you have to do is ask Scott….he will be your coach! The programs workouts include both male and female prescribed weights.
  • UNLIMITED QUESTIONS AND VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
    An effective coach doesn’t put a `limit` on questions. I believe providing immediate feedback on movements/workouts will accelerate your progress and help you to develop good habits and avoid bad ones.
